I literally got to know Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage Therapy and its benefits 14 years ago during my pregnancy. Due to the development of high blood pressure and gestational diabetes, I was recommended MLD Massage sessions as an additional treatment in which I got fantastic results, including an up in my disposition and comfort, improvement in the pain and heaviness I felt in my legs, I slept much better and felt so much lighter.

After the birth of my daughter, the difficulty of reconciling my family and work (day/night shifts) with an exhausting workload increased and even with great difficulty in managing my schedules, I managed to study and improve myself in the Lymphatic System and certifying in Manual Lymphatic Drainage, so being able to work managing my schedules would be a perfect solution to continue doing what I love most, which is taking care of people and seeing them satisfied and recovered.

Almost 8 years ago we decided to move to Bournemouth/England, where since then, I've been studying English and adapting. I worked as an assistant care for 3 and a half years, but almost 5 years ago I stopped working and started to intensify my studies to specialise and insure myself according to the regulations here in the UK (fully certified and insured).

In Brazil this project that was on paper, but remained in my head and in my heart and was postponed by the radical changes in my life and family priorities, today, through a lot of study, dedication, inspiration and support from my family and friends, I am making a dream come true, in addition to being very passionate. I love caring and helping people feel lighter and happier.

I hope to be able to inspire, help, teach, learn, improve well-being and see the desired happiness and satisfaction, there really is no greater happiness for me.
